This is a program for those who are not afraid to chase big PRs or hit Olympic Trials qualifying times. Most of all, it is a program for those willing to find joy in the process and all the beautiful life lessons sport teaches us along the way.
Coaching is done at no cost for the athlete and although it is not necessary to live and train in the area, it is preferred.
